The winner(s) will be decided by a prize draw, which will be held on Thursday 31st March at midday. Winners will be notified by email immediately following the draw, so please check your email.
The winner(s) name(s) will be posted on our Competition Page within 5 working days.
Competition Terms and Conditions
By taking part in this Competition, you agree to be bound by terms and conditions of the competition, and by the decisions of the promoter; Universal Poster Promotions Limited trading as UniversalPoster.com (the “Company”).
The Company reserves the right to disqualify any entrant and/or winner in its absolute discretion for any reason and without notice in accordance with the Competition rules.
The Company will publish a list of all prize winners. This will take between 5 and 10 working days from the actual time of the draw.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries which are lost, delayed or corrupted for any reason whatsoever.
The Company reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute any prize with cash or a prize of comparable value.
The winning entry will be decided by prize draw from those entrants who meet the Competition criteria specified.
Unless otherwise stated, this Competition is open to all everyone, everywhere, except employees and contractors of: (a) the Company; and (b) www.JohnBarrowman.com and (c) the Competition sponsor(s) where relevant.
By entering a Competition you grant the Company, www.johnbarrowman.com and the Competition sponsor(s) permission to use your name for the purpose of announcing the winners of the Competition and for related promotional purposes. Your name will be posted simply as initial, surname, country, e.g. J Smith (UK). You additionally permit the Company and any Competition sponsor(s) the right to use your personal information to send you information about their respective products and services which may be of interest to you. If you do not wish to receive this information, please indicate this preference on your entry.
Registration completion is based on you providing your name and e-mail and answering the multiple choice question correctly. All registrations must be completed before midday on the day of the draw. You do not need to buy anything to enter.
Following the draw, the winner will be contacted by email, and their names posted on our Competition page at http://www.universalposter.com/competitions It is the responsibility of the winner to respond to our email requests for the information we will need to send them their prizes, i.e. their address, choice of personalised message etc. No responsibility can be accepted for winners who do not respond to their winning notification email.
There is one prize of a Framed 20” x 16” Photo Quality Personalised Gift Print, signed and dedicated in an exact and official digital facsimile of the artist’s own handwriting and signature, plus a bottle of Champagne* and a box of Montezumas Chocolates†.
The winner will be drawn independently and at random from all valid entries received and will be notified by email within one hour.
