Returns Policy - 'Total Satisfaction Guarantee'
Simply contact us at customerservice@UniversalPoster.com within 30 days of the purchase date, and if you are not completely happy with your product we will offer you either a free replacement product (to the same product value), or a 100% refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Return Terms & Instructions
For the sake of good order and so that we may process your request efficiently, prior to returning any item(s) to UniversalPoster.com, you must first contact our Customer Service Department to notify us of the intended return. To request authorisation please send e-mail to customerservice@UniversalPoster.com with the following information:

• The order number, your surname and initial.
• The item code(s) for the item(s) you want to return.
• Please clearly outline the reason for the return, for example; damaged, incorrect poster or size, received duplicate item, quality of item not as anticipated.
• Specify what action you would like us to take for you: We offer either a free replacement or refund?
• Wait for our Customer Service team to e-mail you with your "Return Authorisation" instructions and the returns address which they will aim to do as quickly as possible.

Once we have received your returned item, we will notify you via e-mail of your refund. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 business days of our receiving your return.

To return your item(s) please pack them in the original tube or box and include a printed copy of the Return Authorisation email we have sent you. Please ensure that the goods are sent back to UniversalPoster.com by 'signed for' delivery, as we cannot replace or refund without the goods having been received by us first. Unfortunately we cannot refund the cost of this return postage unless the goods we despatched to you were damaged, or incorrect, in which case we will agree an equitable maximum return postage payment with your Return Authorisation email.

If your return is not due to our error, i.e. if you simply changed your mind about the purchase, we will unfortunately need to deduct all shipping costs from your refund.

Good Lost in Transit and Risk of Loss
All products purchased from us are made pursuant to a Royal Mail 'recorded' or 'signed' for postal delivery services, or in the case of framed posters via a Businesspost shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. However in order to preserve good customer relations and to maintain our 'Total Satisfaction Guarantee' we will wherever possible replace lost goods without any further cost to you - the customer. In order for us to complete our investigations into any reported lost or damaged goods we do require 10 working days from the order date, prior to replacement orders being authorised. In the first instance please use the "Track and Trace' facilities" available from the "Customer Support" pages.

In the event that we receive any material from you that is in our view (whether reasonable or not) is potentially actionable or otherwise objectionable, we reserve the right to withdraw the material without notice or reason and without giving rise to any claim by you against us for so doing.

All information that you supply to us under any circumstances shall be, to the best of your knowledge and belief, true and accurate and not misleading in any manner. You may not use a false email address or otherwise provide information that would be misleading as to the origin of such content.

We reserve the right to refuse to process any orders including content that violate our Content Policy herein or that we find objectionable for any reason. Shipping
All sales orders received prior to 2pm (GMT+1 time) will be shipped within 2 working days, this being understood to mean from Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm. All sales orders received after 2pm will be shipped within 3 workings days. Unframed poster order are despatched throughout the UK using the Royal Mail's 'Recorded Delivery' services. These should arrive between 1 and 5 days of shipment dependant on location, seasonal postal traffic, and other external factors beyond the direct control of UniversalPoster.com. All unframed poster orders for Europe and the rest of the world are despatched using the Royal Mail's 'International Signed for' services. These should arrive between 3 and 7 days following shipment, again dependant on location, seasonal traffic, and other external factors beyond the direct control of UniversalPoster.com.

All Framed Posters are shipped using a range of UK, European and International Businesspost services with delivery anticipated within 1 to 7 days from shipment. A full list of expected delivery times is available here.

All shipping costs include the cost of protective packaging. These costs and shipping costs are passed on to you the consumer without profit.

All Shipping Services have 'Track and Trace' facilities with the Royal Mail for unframed poster deliveries and Businesspost for framed poster deliveries. For more information please visit our FAQ or Customer Service pages.

Poster Descriptions
We attempt to describe the products offered on the site as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. If a product offered by us and purchased by you is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition for a refund or credit. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Rights of Third Parties
This Agreement is between you and us and not any third party and this agreement is not intended to confer any rights of any nature upon any party other than you and us.
